3 T WATER
1 cup oats
1 cup oat flour
1/2 t CINNAMON
1/4 t SALT
1/4 t BAKING SODA
1/2 c TAHINI
3/4 c Agave Nectar
1/2 c WALNUTS
1/2 c DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Recipe Directions for WHOLE FOODSISH TAHINI COOKIES

MIX WATER AND FLAX AND SET ASIDE. MIX OATS, FLOUR, CINNAMON, SALT, BAKING SODA, TAHINI, AND AGAVE. STIR IN WALNUTS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS, (I USE VEGAN, COULD ALSO USE CAROB) DROP OF TEASPOON FULL ON COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 9 MIN. SETS AS IT COOLS.
