Recipe Ingredients for whole food hiking bars

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup raw almonds
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup squash
1/3 cup baby spinach leaves
2 egg whites
1 1/10 scoop protein
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for whole food hiking bars

mix in food processor, bake at 350 for 7 mins. I used unflavored pea protein powder, and two small bags of orange spice tea leaves instead of cinnamon (adds a bit of caffine, antioxidants, and flavor).
