1 whole egg with two egg whites, lightly flavored and scrambled.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Egg, 2 Egg Whites

3 tbsp Egg Whites
3 tbsp Egg Whites
1 serving Egg, Whole
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Whole Egg, 2 Egg Whites

  1. In a medium bowl, separate two eggs from the egg yolks and discard the yolks. Add one whole egg and beat vigorously.

  2. Add dash of salt, dash of pepper, and 2 tblsp of diced onions. Mix lightly.

  3. In a medium frying pan, add 1 tsp of margarin butter for flavor. Allow time to melt completely spreading over the entire bottom.

  4. Pour mixture inside the frying pan and allow time to coagulate, pushing mixture into the center until the egg is completely cooked. Egg should be yellow with a tint of orange due to the lack of yolks.
