Recipe Ingredients for Whole Cranberry Sauce

3 cup cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 T grated orange rind

Recipe Directions for Whole Cranberry Sauce

  1. Combine water, juice and sugar in sauce pan. Heat to boiling.

  2. Add cranberries. Return to boil.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes (or until cranberries break down).

  4. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time.
