Homemade Delicious Veggie Burger!

Recipe Ingredients for Whitewater Veggie Burger

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp cumin
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
19 oz black beans
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup parsley
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
3 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 eggs
2 cups carrots
2 cups oats
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Whitewater Veggie Burger

  1. In a large skillet, saute onions and garlic in oil.

  2. Place in large mixing bowl and let cool

  3. Add remaining ingredients

  4. Mix well and shape into patties

  5. Dredge lighly in flour

  6. Heat vegetable oil in large pan to brown the burgers on both sides
