Recipe Ingredients for white squash and red potatoes

4 medium squash, white peeled and diced
4 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/2 c. water
1 Garlic powder to taste
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for white squash and red potatoes

  1. Spray large skillet with Pam.

  2. Add squash, potatoes, onion and water. Season, to taste, with salt, pepper and garlic powder .

  3. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Cook water out.

  4. When cooked, add mozzarella cheese or any Italian cheese. Stir well, then serve.
