Recipe Ingredients for White sesame seed topped rolls/burger baps

4 1/4 cups strong white flour
400 ml water
3/4 tablespoon sugar
3/4 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for White sesame seed topped rolls/burger baps

  1. Follow the instructions of your bread machine and place ingredients in order to how it states, place on dough cycle.

  2. Once dough is ready turn out onto a floured surface and bring dough together, break of as even as you can 11 pieces of dough and form into a round then on a lightly greased baking tray, sligthly flatten round and cover baps with a clean towel and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes in a warm room.

  3. Once baps have rested, brush with a little milk and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.

  4. Place in the top part of a pre heated oven gas mark 7-8 for 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when you pick them up and tap them on the base.
