2 weight watcher points can be modified by adding 1/4 cup of grated cheese to make a cheese sauce, for 5 weight watcher points

Recipe Ingredients for White Sauce

2 tbsp flour, white
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for White Sauce

  1. Mix flour with a little chicken broth to make paste

  2. then add rest of chicken broth, milk and spices, stir and simmer til thickens
