Recipe Ingredients for White Sauce Lemon Shrimp Pasta

1 pound linguine
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
8 fluid ounces clam juice
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
6 ounces baby clams
1/2 pound shrimp
12 ounces bay scallops
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 pound mussels

Recipe Directions for White Sauce Lemon Shrimp Pasta

  1. Set salted water for pasta to boil in large pot.

  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in pan. Saute garlic and crushed red pepper.

  3. Add clam juice, 2 teaspoons italian seasoning, and baby clams. Lower heat to medium low and let simmer. Meanwhile season raw, deveined, cleaned shrimp with 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, garlic salt and lemon pepper seasoning.

  4. Add pasta to boiling salted water.

  5. Add shrimp and scallops to clam juice mixture. Let simmer-cook for 5-8 mins. Add lemon juice and wine. Remove from heat.

  6. Drain cooked pasta and serve topped with seafood and dash of fresh parsley.
