1 oz white flour
1/2 pint soya milk

Recipe Directions for white sauce - basic recipe - no fat

  1. mix the flour with a little unsweetened soya milk to a fine, smooth paste.

  2. warm the milk and add it slowly til fully combined, cook over a gentle heat, stirring all the while til it bubbles for about 2 mins. Then add any flavourings you want such as parmesan or pecorino romano cheese, fresh chopped herbs, french mustard, etc
