Recipe Ingredients for White Rice Stir Fry

5 cups cooked white rice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 medium onion, diced
1 (100g) baby carrots, minced
1 tsp kosher salt, ground
1/4 tsp white pepper powder

Recipe Directions for White Rice Stir Fry

  1. Heat pan and oil.

  2. Cook onion on medium high heat until clear.

  3. Set heat to high and add carrots.

  4. Add cooked rice and stir continuously.

  5. Make a large hole in the middle and add scrambled eggs.

  6. When eggs are nearly cooked, stir with surrounding rice.

  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
