2 cups white rice
1 tsp butter
2 tsp,+crumbled bay leaves

Recipe Directions for White rice with butter

Add 4 1/2 cups water to 2 cups rice in a sauce pan, add butter and bay leaves. Simmer 20 minutes or until holes appear in undisturbed rice and water has boiled away. Let stand for five minutes then fluff with fork.
