660 grams Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
3 tbsp Oil Olive Pure
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for white pinto beans a la maltaise

250g raw beans make 660 g cooked beans.. Soak in water for 6-8 hours.. Then boil them ( about 1.5 hours are needed to cook).. Rinse.. Finely chop garlic and parsely.. Add 3 tblsp olive oil and stir well. Serve cold
