Easy ish chicken with chicken, sour cream, chives and mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for White people enchiladas

8 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Sour Cream Regular
2 oz Brummel
31 3/10 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
8 oz Chives
1 1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for White people enchiladas

Cut up chicken into cubes, melt butter in the pan, toss in chicken and veggies. Cook for 5 minutes and broth. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Add sour cream and broth. Cook until the chicken is done. Lower heat into a simmer, then add flour to thicken. Stir until the sauce is creamy.
