White Lasagna [KML] (serving size is 1/6 of 9x9 pan)

Recipe Ingredients for White Lasagna

454 g alfredo sauce
1 serving no-boil lasagna noodles (6 noodles)
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
11 oz chicken breast
4 oz chopped frozen spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for White Lasagna

Boil chicken breast in 3 cups of water with garlic and italian seasoning. Save 1/2 cup broth. Chop chicken and add alfredo sauce, broth, and mushrooms. Thaw spinach in microwave and drain liquid. Put a small amount of sauce in 9x9 pan and spread over the bottom. Start with a layer of lasagna noodles. Over the noodles, put half of the chicken/sauce mixture. Spread half of the spinach over the sauce. Sprinkle with half of the parmesan and half of the mozzarella. Repeat the process. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes, checking often.
