Recipe Ingredients for White Gourmet

12 oz frozen broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1 small onion
1 lb chicken breast
2 cups reduced fat mozzarella
2 tbsp olive oil
1 Pizza Crust Mix

Recipe Directions for White Gourmet

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Grill or broil chicken until just slightly undercooked and moist. Allow to rest 5 mins then slice or chop.

  3. Lay out crust and spread with olive oil. Add Italian seasoning to taste.

  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly across crust.

  5. Chop pepper and onion. Sprinkle evenly.

  6. Arrange chicken evenly.

  7. Top with broccoli.

  8. Cook for 30 mins or until edges are brown and center is done.
