Recipe Ingredients for white fish tuscany

10 1/4 ounce flounder
2 1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
15 g parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 1/4 tsp mayonnaise
132 g tomato, sliced

Recipe Directions for white fish tuscany

  1. preheat broiler to 500 degrees F

  2. coat pan with nonstick cooking spray

  3. brush both sides of fish with lemon juice

  4. sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper

  5. place fish flat side up on pan

  6. in small bowl, mix cheese, butter and mayo

  7. broil fish 4" from heat for 6 min

  8. remove pan and turn fish over

  9. spread cheese mixutre over fish

  10. top with tomato slices

  11. broil an additional 4 to 6 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork
