Recipe Ingredients for White fish with salsa

16 oz cod or haddock or pollock fillets or pieces
3 T. olive oil
3 T. bread crumbs
6 T. fresh salsa

Recipe Directions for White fish with salsa

Rinse, dry, and coat favorite white fish--haddock, cod, pollock--with commercially made bread crumbs. Spray skillet with Pam type product, heat on medium high, add up to 3 T. olive oil. Add fish immediately. Turn after 2-3 minutes. Cover loosely and panfry 3 more minutes until done. Serve with FRESH salsa, homemade or commercially made (I found a good "store boughten" brand, and I bet you can, too.
