Great breakfast for on-the-go. Serves 1 or 2 people.

Recipe Ingredients for White Fish Quasedilla

1 cup Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
4 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
0.5 oz Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture

Recipe Directions for White Fish Quasedilla

  1. In a hot pan combine egg whites, egg, and fish, scramble. Add everything but the tortillas and incorporate. Heat tortillas in a pan or briefly in the oven until warm.

  2. Spread mixture over tortillas and garnish with salsa (optional) or add Sicolas "sour cream".
