Recipe Ingredients for White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Blondies

1/2 lb. butter (at room temperature)
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts

Recipe Directions for White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place 1/2 lb. butter and the brown sugar in a bowl. Cream the butter and sugar on medium speed until a smooth batter is formed. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; incorporate into the batter.

  3. Sift 3 cups flour and baking powder. Slowly add the flour mixture to the batter and mix on low speed until a dough is formed. Very gently, fold in the chips and nuts (toasted and rough chopped).

  4. Once the dough is blended, grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Pour the batter into the pan and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until set yet still moist. Let cool completely before cutting.

  5. You could line the pan with foil for an easy life out.
