Recipe Ingredients for White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

3/4 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c butter, softened
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c oats
3/4 c dried cranberries
6 oz white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the sugar, brown sugar, & butter; mix well.

  3. Add the egg & vanilla extract & mix until combined.

  4. Add the cinnamon, baking soda, salt, & flour & mix well.

  5. Fold in the oatmeal, dried cranberries, & white chocolate chips. Make sure that all ingredients are uniformly distributed.

  6. Roll dough into 1 inch balls & place 3 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven & let cool 2-3 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack.
