A delicious lighter alternative to the heavier beef chili - this one is a year round favorite at our house.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chili

20 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 large Onions
16 oz Great Northern Beans
1.5 can (10.75 oz), prepared(593 g) Soup, Chicken Broth
9 oz Green Chilies
12 oz Corn, Sweet, White

Recipe Directions for White Chili

  1. Chop onion and cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. Brown onion in oil, add chicken and continue to brown until chicken is cooked through.

  3. Add chicken broth and stir to bring up pan stickings.

  4. Drain beans, rinse and add. Add corn and chilis.

  5. Season to taste with your favorite chili blend.
