White bean chili, very mild, but you can kick it up with few changes.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chili

4 cups Cannellini Beans
4 cloves garlic
1 large onion
8 oz green chilis
1 tbs olive oil
1 cup chopped chicken
20 oz low sodium chicken broth
2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp dried cumin

Recipe Directions for White Chili

  1. Heat olive oil in pot, throw in chopped onion and garlic, with the chili powder and cumin and cook for about 6 minutes while stirring.

  2. Add the low sodium chicken broth, green chilis, cooked chopped chicken, lime juice, and rinsed beans. Reduce heat to medium low to low and let simmer for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

  3. Enjoy.
