Simple White Chili to make in the Crock Pot

Recipe Ingredients for White Chili

3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbs. olive oil
80 oz. Great Northern Beans
1 medium onion, chopped
9 oz. chopped green chilies
2 tsp. cumin
16 g. chicken bouillon cubes
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for White Chili

  1. Dice and brown chicken in oil.

  2. Rinse and drain beans.

  3. Add all ingredients to crockpot.

  4. Stir.

  5. Cook 10-12 hours on low, 5-7 hours on high.
