White chicken chilli. Add Monterrey Jack cheese at the end. Serve with cornbread for extra delight.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chilli

1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1.5 cup Garbanzo Beans
1.25 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 cup Chicken Broth
2 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco Less Sodium
2 oz Green Chiles

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chilli

  1. Boil the chicken. Save the broth.

  2. Drain and rinse canned beans. Add to chicken broth. Cut onion and celery and add to the mix. Put peppers in mix. Finish by stirring in seasoning until it tastes right.
