Good for SBD. The recipe calls for all great northern beans, I only had the pinto and northern mix. It also called for 2 cans of Anaheim chiles, which I substituted for the jalapeno.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

13 oz Chicken
1 oz Vegetable Pure All Natural Oil
15 oz Pinto Beans
15 oz Great Northern Beans
15 tsp Chicken Stock
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 medium White Onion
1.5 tbsp Elephant Garlic
3 tbsp Old El Paso Jalapeno Pickled

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Fry the chicken breast in 2 tsp oil until done.

  2. In soup pot, add other 2 tsp and onion. Cook onion until soft and starting to brown. Add garlic, saute another minute.

  3. Add oregano, cayenne pepper (and if you like, add ground cumin) and saute another 2 minutes.

  4. Then add the jalapenos, or chiles, the beans and chicken stock. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.

  5. Shred the chicken breast into pieces and add to pot after the 30 minutes. Simer another 10-15. If you like, you can add chopped cilantro for the last 5 minutes.
