White chicken chili made in crock pot. Substitute reduced sodium chicken broth. Recipe analysis only accepted regular chicken broth.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cubed
1 medium onion, minced
3 cloves garlic
1 cup dry white wine
14 1/2 oz Chicken Broth, 50% Less Sodium
30 oz white beans, do not drain or rinse
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Brown chicken if desired or use pre-cooked chicken.

  2. Saute onion and garlic until tender.

  3. Put all ingredients in crock-pot.

  4. Stir to mix thorougly.

  5. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3 hrs.
