Healthy white chicken chili... it makes a ton!

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

32 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 small Onions
4 clove Garlic
15 fl oz Soup, Chicken Broth
14 oz Salsa Verde
7 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles
32 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
16 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
15 oz Red Beans
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

Cook chicken and remove from skillet. Brown onions and garlic. Stir in broth, salsa verde, tomatoes, chilies, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. (Optional: add 2 tbsp. cornstarch to thicken.)Add corn, chicken, and beans; simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
