Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

24 oz Onions
1 serving Poblano Pepper
2 serving Broth Low Sodium Chicken
27 oz Chicken
464 grams Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds, Canned
464 grams Cannellini White Kidney Beans
220 grams Great Northern Beans
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Cooking Instructions:

  2. In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic in oil until tender. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the chicken, beans, broth, green chilies, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne; stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until bubbly.

  3. Stir in cilantro. Serve over corn chips; top with cheese and sour cream. Yield: 8 servings (2 quarts)
