Kinda off the Bush's Best can of Navy beans, adapted by me.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic
4 oz diced green chiles
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cups chicken breast, shredded
16 oz navy beans, drained and rinsed
3 tsp lime juice
14 1/2 oz chicken broth

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

Sautee onions in oil. Remove from pan. Add garlic & spices. Set aside. Add chicken to pan and sear on both sides. Pour broth over chicken & scrape the pan. Cover and simmer 15 min or until chicken is tender. Remove from pan. Shred Chicken. Add onion mixture, beans, chiles, lime juice and shredded chicken. Simmer for 20 more minutes.
