A super quick and easy chili that is health conscious and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

1 lb chicken
1/2 cup chicken broth
16 ounce navy beans
2 ounce chopped green chilis
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp light sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/8 cup jalapeno peppers

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

Cut chicken into small bite size pieces. Finely chop onion. Cook onion and chicken together until chicken is cooked through. Add all other ingredients (except cheese, sour cream and peppers). Bring to boil. Then set on low and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with desired toppings (sour cream, cheese, peppers).
