Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cups chicken broth, low sodium
4 oz jalapeno, diced
30 oz white beans
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Spray a saucepan with non-stick cooking spray, add the oil, saute the onions until tender. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 min.

  2. Serve with reduced-fat cheddar cheese, low-fat sour cream, and salsa, if desired.
