Also need 4 cups of chicken stock which is not in the calorie count for this. I make my own and the sodium counts and other things are too high in any I can find in the database.

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

1 pound chicken breasts, skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb dry white beans, rinsed and drained
1 zucchini
2/3 cup red pepper
2 cups carrots, diced
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tbls cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 chili pepper
1 Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Mix the broth, chicken, beans, zucchini, onions, cumin, garlic, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on High until the chicken is cooked through, about 3 1/2 hours.

  2. Stir in the corn and sour cream; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes longer. Season with the salt and pepper and serve.
