Feel free to use 3 15oz cans of beans; the recipe analyzer only uses dry beans so I had to adjust it to fit the amount of calories etc I know this recipe has. Also add a 4oz can of diced chili's if you like!

Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

1 tbsp. canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water
3 chicken boullion cubes
15 oz cannellini beans, soaked, cooked and rinsed
3 cups cooked chicken meat
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

Heat oil over medium heat in a dutch oven or heavy saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes. Process one cup chicken broth (made with bouillon and water) and 1 third of the cannellini beans in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to onion and garlic mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to medium-low. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
