Recipe Ingredients for White Chicken Chili

1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
198 g Green chiles chopped (7oz can)
439 g kidney beans, canned (15.5 oz can)
10 ounce chopped onion, (1 large)
5 ounce chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons Vigo adobo with pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons cornmeal, whole grailn
6 cups chicken broth, unsalted

Recipe Directions for White Chicken Chili

  1. Heat oil in dutch oven.

  2. Add onion, garlic and celery. Sute until softened

  3. Add 6 cups water or unsalted chicken broth and bring to boil.

  4. Add green chiles, drained beans, and diced chicken breast and seasonings.

  5. Simmer for about one half hour.

  6. Add cornmeal and stir until chile thickens.
