Recipe Ingredients for White bread with sesame seeds

4 c bread flour
1 tsp salt
7 g yeast
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for White bread with sesame seeds

  1. Mix the 4 c bread flour, the salt, and the yeast.

  2. Make a well in the center and add the sesame oil.

  3. Slowly add the water and form a ball of dough.

  4. On a lightly floured surface knead the dough for 4-5 min.

  5. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hr.

  6. Knead the dough again for 30 sec.

  7. Form the loaf and place in the greased loaf pan. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 min.

  8. Preheat the oven to 425. Bake for 30 min.
