Each Serving size is a full loaf of bread

Recipe Ingredients for White Bread

12 cups white flour
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp splenda no calorie
2 tbsp becel light margarine (melted)
5 cup warm water
16 g dry yeast

Recipe Directions for White Bread

  1. mix 1 tbsp splenda no calorie with 1/2 cup warm water cover and let sit for 10 mins

  2. sprinkle yeast over water

  3. mix flour, salt, remaing splenda no calorie together

  4. make a well in the flour and pour in yeast

  5. lightly mix then pour melted margarine over

  6. slowly add remaining 4 1/2 cups water and kneed until dough is no longer sticky about 8-10 mins. if dough is to sticky add a little flour until you get the right consistency.

  7. Form into a ball and spray bowl and dough lightly with cooking spray.

  8. cover bowl with a garbage bag and heavy blanket to keep dough warm

  9. let rise until double in size about 1 1/2 hours

  10. punch down dough kneed for a couple mins

  11. form into ball and cover and let rise again until double in size about an hour

  12. separate dough into 6 loafs of about 458 grams each

  13. kneed dough to get out all the air bubbles form into a loaf

  14. lightly spray 6 loaf pans with cooking spray

  15. cover pans with a sheet to keep dough warm

  16. let rise until dough is about 1 inch above pan

  17. bake at 350 f for 30 mins

  18. Once bread is cooled slice the loaf on #18 on the deli slicer this will make 10 slices between 33-35 grams each and 2 end pieses weighing 15 grams each to make a total of 11 slices per loaf. Cut thinner slices to cut even more calories
