Recipe Ingredients for white bread

4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
2 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
14 grams Yeast
35 grams Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for white bread

  1. 1. mix the yeast, water and sugar, and wait for 5-10min until you see foams or bubbles.

  2. 2. Add in the flour. Knead until it's smooth or for 10-20mins.

  3. 3. Let it rise for 45min to 1hour or until doubled in volume.

  4. 4. divide the dough into 2. and let it rise for another 30-40 mins.

  5. 5. Bake for 30 min in 180degrees.

  6. 6. Enjoy!
