Cool hot bread modified with flax seeds

Recipe Ingredients for White Bread with Flax

3 cups warm water
4 1/2 tsp yeast
2/3 cup dry milk
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/3 tsp salt
2 eggs
8 cups flour

Recipe Directions for White Bread with Flax

  1. place warm water in bowl.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except 4 cups flour.

  3. Mix with mixer until dough is smooth and shiny (about 5 min)

  4. Place 4 cups of flour into another bowl. Pour dough mixture into it. Mix and kneed until dough is firm.

  5. Let rise 45-60 min or until dough doubles in bilk.

  6. Collapse air and let rise a second time for 30-45 minutes.

  7. Separate into three loaves and place in pans. Let rise again for 30-35 minutes.

  8. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
