Recipe Ingredients for white beans with spring greens

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato
2 cup, chopped Kale
2 cup Beans, Small White, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for white beans with spring greens

saute onion and sun dried tomatoes until browned, add garlic and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, stir in beans and spinach with enough bean cooking water, stir until greens are well wilted, about 5-10 minutes.
