White beans with nutrional yeast & sesame tahini-1/2 cup serving

Recipe Ingredients for White beans with nutrional yeast & sesame tahini-1/2 cup serving

2 cups white beans
1 leek
3 green onions
1 cup chili peppers
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp sesame tahini
1/2 cup nutrtional yeast
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for White beans with nutrional yeast & sesame tahini-1/2 cup serving

Soak beans over night. Boil on stove til blowing shows skin come off. Then add all other ingredients and bake in oven till done to your liking. I baked mine on 350 for about 3 hours, stiring and tasting occasionally.
