Recipe Ingredients for White beans and greens

15 oz cannelini beans
1/2 med onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic
3 cups chopped Swiss Chard

Recipe Directions for White beans and greens

  1. Slice the onions into half rings, place in pan

  2. chop garlic, place in the pan

  3. Add a little water, sweat them down.

  4. When the onions are soft, add the greens, and heat thru until wilted.

  5. Add the beans and heat through.

  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
