6 cups chicken stock
2/3 pound white beans
1/2 large white onion
3 links chicken sausage
2 medium zucchini
1 bell pepper, orange
1 bell pepper, red
150 grams kale
16 oz potato, cubed
1 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for White Bean & Veggie Soup

  1. Cook beans, onion, broth.

  2. Add other stuff.

  3. Simmer on low in a dutch oven for 40mins.

  4. Add kale.

  5. Simmer for 10.

  6. Yummy!
