Recipe Ingredients for White Bean & vegetable stew

7 1/5 oz cannellini
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 c chicken broth
8 oz broccoli
5 oz mushrooms
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for White Bean & vegetable stew

  1. Simmer together the chicken broth, beans and a cracked clove of garlic. Drain beans but reserve the broth. Toss the garlic.

  2. Puree 1/2 the beans with 1/2 C of the broth.

  3. Saute the onion, garlic and veggies with the beans, bean puree and remainder of the chicken broth. When heated through, add the tomato.
