Recipe Ingredients for White bean turkey chili

16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
3 pepper Pepper, Ancho, Dried
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 clove Garlic
28 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tsp Cumin
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 cup Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
1 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp Green Chiles

Recipe Directions for White bean turkey chili

Saute the onions, garlic, carrots and celery with the ground turkey. Add the spices and salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Add the tomatoes and the anchos (remove seeds and stems, soak in hot water until softened, then puree). Simmer for an hour, then add cooked beans (drained first). Serve with cornbread, cheese and diced onions (optional).
