1 1/2 cups green bell peppers
1 1/2 cups yellow bell peppers
6 tablespoons green onions
5 tablespoons parsley
1 dash white pepper
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon olive oil
