Light, but satisfying. Best with home cooked beans.

Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Tossed Salad

1 cup cooked white beans
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 yellow pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp chopped red onion
10 g Red Seedless Grapes

Recipe Directions for White Bean Tossed Salad

  1. In a small bowl, combine beans, garlic and salad dressing. Allow to marinate 1/2 to 1 hour.

  2. Place lettuce in bowl and top with chopped vegetables. Sprinkle grapes around the outer edge.

  3. Top with marinated beans.
