1 medium Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
2 medium raw Carrots
2 tsp Ginger Root
4 clove Garlic
820 grams Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds, Canned
3 tablespoon Tarragon
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for White-Bean Tarragon Soup

  1. put all ingredients apart from herbs & soy sauce into a pot & simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. add in soy sauce & all herbs

  3. Season with S&P

  4. Serve
