1 medium Sweetpotato
1 cup Beans Cannellini
1 cup Small White Beans
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
3 tbsp Gluten Free Flour
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for White bean and sweet potato veggie burgers

mash cooked sweet potato without skin and beans together, add all other ingredients and any spices (salt, cayenne pepper, garlic) you want. Form into six patties, cover in breadcrumbs and cook well in a little bit of oil.
