Recipe Ingredients for White bean, spinach and tomato sauce

0.3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
120 grams Beans
200 grams Tomatoes
2 clove Garlic
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
100 grams Spinach
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
20 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for White bean, spinach and tomato sauce

Heat the oil, fry the chopped onion for a few minutes. Add garlic, fry for a minute, then add water. Cook until the onion is soft. Add spinach, and when the leaves wilt, add diced tomatoes. Stir in beans and seasoning.
